Finally, a 1/72 scale kit has been released of this important amphibian, the Beriev Be-12 - Nato code name 'Mail' - by manufacturers RVHP. It is a highly detailed resin and white metal state-of-the-art kit, which albeit expensive at £120.00 (from Hannants, is well worth the purchase to a serious flying boat modeler - like me! - I got one for my recent birthday!!)
