The Martin PBM Mariner is one of my favorites, a flying boat that 'looks right' and has carried many different attractive colour schemes, and here we present a selection of photographs obtained from our correspondents from all over the World. We also give thanks to the LIFE organisation for the decision to release stunning colour photographs from their archives. Now that there are decent scale model kits available, there is no excuse for a couple on the model shelf!
