This beautiful example of a Canadair CL-215 was captured by Meindert de Vreeze in this gorgeous photographic walk-round on display at Le Bourget, Paris, during the Paris Airshow. Just look at all that detail that one can add to the Heller 1/72 scale model..! Be nice to have one in 1/24th scale one day..! Enjoy.....

This images below are of the same airframe at Le Bourget, at the same time. I found them by complete accident on the web and they are so good, and complement Meindert's WR above, that it was too good not to include here. With an airframe finished in its basic painted scheme, rather than something fancy, it allows the viewer to see more of the actual construction and airframe details clearer against one plain colour. Now, where is that Heller kit...?
